Picture of the Week #9 - January 26, 2009 "The Cardinal & the Archdiocese" New York City, NY 1965 - I took this extraordinary image of Cardinal Spellman and the Archdiocese of the City of New York on the steps of St. Patrick's Cathedral in 1965. Senator Robert F. Kennedy was standing next to me when I snapped this photograph forty four years ago.
